Oliva Roche, MS, PCLC

Hi, I’m Olivia!

You have made it here, I believe that is a meaningful place to begin. My name is Olivia, I work with adult individuals navigating a range of life experiences such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, grief, PTSD and neurodivergence. I also support individuals who feel disconnected from themselves or are exploring new aspects of identity and self-understanding.

I feel passionate about taking a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, and I aim to understand your world as you experience it. Your voice, goals, and values are central to our work together. Whether we’re engaging in traditional talk therapy or integrating creativity in sessions, I strive to create a space that feels inclusive, adaptive, and attuned to your needs.

My approach to counseling is grounded in a belief that you are fully capable of growth, healing, and self-understanding, especially when in an authentic and supportive environment. I draw from attachment theory, person-centered therapy, parts work, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore how your relationships, environments, and the systems around you have shaped the way you see yourself and navigate the world.

I am licensed by the state of Montana as a PCLC and am under the supervision of Kathryn Bowen, LCPC and Emily Grills, LCPC who are licensed as counselors by the State of Montana.

I recognize that reaching out for support isn’t always easy. When you're feeling ready, I look forward to the opportunity of meeting with you!
